Phillips also served as the head of Human Resources at Marc Jacobs. Prior to Marc Jacobs, Phillips was Vice President and General Counsel at David Yurman, the global fine jewelry and accessories brand. Phillips’ career has focused on taking a leading role and advising clients on corporate, employment, intellectual property, real estate, licensing, contracts, M&A, litigation, and bankruptcy issues both domestically and internationally. Phillips served as a board member for the Jewelers Vigilance Committee. Phillips is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and the University of Virginia. He is licensed in New York and Texas.
