With the benefit of international experience, and vast regional knowledge, Stephanie knows how to get the job done.  Adopting a direct and straightforward manner, Stephanie applies her no-nonsense approach while leading the Corporate & Finance practice in Asia Pacific. Stephanie has been based in Singapore since 2009.

Recognized as one of few leading private equity lawyers in Asia Pacific, Stephanie is praised by clients for being very good at looking at the bigger picture. She is particularly adept at closing international deals in complex Asian markets, adopting a focused approach whilst being alert to cultural nuances.

Time spent in London and New York advising large corporations and private equity houses ensures that Stephanie gets what is important when looking at investment opportunities, particularly from commercial and risk appetite perspectives. Stephanie’s legal representation spans advising corporates, lenders, and private equity houses on leveraged buy-outs, cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings, and corporate restructurings.

Stephanie is a dynamic supporter of diversity and citizenship in the work place, recognizing its importance both locally as well as to the global firm. Stephanie heads up the diversity committee in Singapore, sits on the firm’s global diversity committee and most recently has been appointed regional head for diversity in Asia Pacific for the firm’s Corporate & Finance practice group.

Imogen Fowler

Imogen Fowler works with brand owners to proactively protect and enforce their trade-marks and designs across Europe and globally, from brand inception and strategy through to searching, filing, enforcement, anti-counterfeiting and commercialization. Based in Alicante, Spain, the home of the European Union Intellectual Property Office, Imogen advises clients in multiple European languages and has extensive experience in intellectual property laws across the Europe region.

Having managed the prosecution and enforcement of more than 25,000 trademarks and 5,000 designs across the Europe region for Mars, one of the world’s largest FMCG companies, in an outsourced role, Imogen understands how to work alongside business teams to develop new brands, manage risks and drive brand recognition. She also manages the European and global portfolios of many other well-known and innovative brand owners in the FMCG, food and beverage, fashion and luxury goods, life sciences, TMT and media and entertainment industries.  Her most recent experience includes clearing and protecting the KENVUE brand, the name of the former Consumer Healthcare division of Johnson & John-son, worldwide, protecting the rights of Tiffany and Co. in the EU and securing three-stripe position marks for adidas in the EU based on acquired distinctiveness in all member states.

Qualified as a lawyer in four jurisdictions (England and Wales, Ireland, Spain and her native New Zealand), clients describe Imogen as ‘a truly engaged business partner’ and say that “Her ability to navigate complex IP matters and disseminate them into practical, understandable advice is impeccable.”

Kelly Tubman Hardy

Kelly Hardy is skilled at recognizing and explaining differences between legal frameworks and helping clients manage their global legal needs. She has represented consumer clients on transactional, market entry and compliance matters throughout the world. She also heads the firm’s global Consumer industry sector group.

A fluent Spanish and English speaker, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions, Kelly regularly advises clients on expansion into new markets, as well as non-U.S. clients on foreign direct investments into the United States. She also assists multinational clients with respect to corporate compliance and foreign subsidiary management.

Kelly has over 20 years’ experience advising U.S. and global clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, restructurings, post-merger integrations, corporate governance, and compliance in established and emerging markets throughout the world.

Kelly is a Director World Trade Center Institute and has been a visiting lecturer at several law schools in Mexico City.

Kelly received the Leadership in Law award from The Daily Record, has been named one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women, honored as an Acritas Star, and ranked by Chambers USA and Legal 500.
