Mitch has drafted and successfully lobbied for FY19 appropriations language related to the FTC’s “Made in USA” standard, secured over $40 million in federal funding for Minnesota infrastructure projects, and informed policy recommendations in two recent Senate and Department of Homeland Security reports on counterfeiting.
