JVC will review your website and other advertising for compliance with applicable laws for FREE. If we notice any problems, we will guide you on how to revise your advertising.
JVC works with governmental agencies, including U.S. Customs and Border Patrol, the Federal Trade Commission, the U.S. Department of State and Departments of Consumer Affairs to educate these agencies on what the trade wants and needs. JVC is often asked by governmental agencies to provide comments prior to the enactment or revision of rules and regulations.
JVC works with other industry organizations to assist in arbitration and mediations when problems arise.
